Delete a coupon rule.

If any coupons have been issued with this coupon rule (you can check that in Erply back office, RETAIL CHAIN → Issued Coupons), API will not allow to delete the rule — error 1022 will be returned.
We recommend to deactivate an old coupon rule (change its end date and disable autoprinting), instead of deleting it. If you delete a coupon rule, then the coupons that have been printed and issued to customers will not work any more.
